"We first decided to try Pooch Haven because it
was conveniently located close to home. Being
first time dog owners we really didn't know what to
expect when we took Cody, our seven month old
Pomeranian x Poodle to see Rachelle for a complete
makeover. Well, I must say we were absolutely

About Rachelle
Rachelle took a
certification course through Pets Beautiful Grooming
School in Thornhill, Ontario and has been grooming
dogs since 2005. In this course topics
included; grooming to CKC standards, product use,
health hazards, sanitation, anatomy, pet health
care, equipment proper use and maintenance. This
course was invaluable and complimented her existing
knowledge and natural abilities as a professional
dog groomer.

consists of 3 steps. A special FURminator tool which
is utilized to remove excess undercoat and loose
hair, the shedless solution which is as gentle as a
conditioner is applied directly to your dogs coat
during the bath and a high powered velocity dryer
which blows out all excess hair, flaky skin and
dandruff leaving a healthy, shiny top coat.
